We are pleased to announce that the recently developed consulting product by DEKRA+ attracts the attention of new customers.

As part of the DEKRA+ service provision format, after more than a six-month pause, we have re-engaged in the development of a large-scale project, namely the construction of a state-of-the-art Class A Administrative Office Center in Moscow, 2nd Magistral’naya str., 3d vl., 16.

The project is being developed by «ATP architekten ingenieur», the general designer, and based on the concept of Tsimaylo Lyashenko & Partners, which is an architect bureau.

The complex will be located on the territory of a Moskva-City Region. It comprises several buildings of different storeys with a height of up to 100 meters with a two/three-level underground parking as well as a separate gallery volume integrated into the relief (podium floors).
