Igor Shipitsyn

At DEKRA CONSTRUCTION, Igor is responsible for organizational development, IT support, HR management, administrative support, as well as transport and construction vehicles support.
Igor has been dealing with organising effective management and support for more than 20 years. He started his career in nuclear industry, gained invaluable experience in consulting, held positions of middle and top managers in construction and machine-building holdings at the federal level.
Igor graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1987. In 1992, he successfully completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Cybernetics at the same university and was qualified as a Research Engineer.
