Sergio Trovati

Sergio is the Deputy Director General for Development at AO DEKRA CONSTRUCTION. His responsibilities include creation and implementation of the development concept, analysis of production and commercial processes, calculation of projects effectiveness, business acquisition, control of compliance of the decisions made and actions taken with the concept of company development.

Sergio has been engaged in civil engineering for more than 20 years, his track record includes such Russian and foreign companies as PSN Group, Urban Group, PIK Group, ADG Group, Norman Asset Management, Codest, Cogefar-Impresit S.p.A., Besix S.S.

In PSN Group Sergio was responsible for the implementation of residential facilities of infill and block development: Sreda, Polyanka 44, Grinada, Domashny, Pravda, Tverskoy, Levshinsky 7, etc., as well as for the introduction of uniform forms of contracts, procedures and reports of contractors. At Urban Group, Sergio supervised the construction of the Vidny Gorod Residential Complex.

At Codest, he was responsible for the facilities being built on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Sergio graduated from Milan Polytechnic Institute (Politecnico di Milano) in 1988 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a PhD in Engineering. In 1988 – 1996 he worked in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Since 1996 he has been working in Moscow. He is fluent in Italian, Russian, English and French.
