Sergey Denisov

In 1994, Sergey founded the investment and construction company – DEKRA CONSTRUCTION – where he is still one of the main shareholders. Since 2014, he has been the Director General and Managing Partner.

For almost 30 years Sergey has been participating in creation of various projects and businesses in construction, investment and development. Under his leadership the company entered the international market, and today DEKRA CONSTRUCTION is a general contractor of large projects in civil engineering. The total area of the implemented projects in Russia and abroad is more than 1,500,000 m2.

Our Director General graduated from Moscow Aviation Technology Institute. He got the second higher education at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in Strategic Management. He also has an MBA degree and the title of Honorary Constructor of Russia. Sergey is fluent in Russian and French.
