Victor Min

At DEKRA CONSTRUCTION Viktor is responsible for monitoring the implementation of construction projects, making management decisions on non-standard issues (at the implementation stage and during the warranty period), compliance with criteria and improving methods of organizing construction processes.

Victor has been engaged in civil construction for more than 20 years. He worked in Uzbekistan until 2006, and since then – in Moscow. As a Deputy Director General of a general contracting company, he was responsible for financing and planning construction work during the construction of many significant facilities, such as GOLDEN GATE Multi-Purpose Complex, Skolkovo Park Residential Complex, Church of Our Lady of Kazan, etc.

In 1996, Viktor graduated from Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in Software Engineering. In 2006, he was retrained at Moscow State University and received a certificate of a large enterprise financial director.
