Sergey Zakharov

At DEKRA CONSTRUCTION Sergey is responsible for:

— preparation and intellectual support of the construction program, as well as project management systems;

— support of the entire cycle of design and approval of project documentation;

— preparation and control of execution of work schedules and projects;

— planning and regulatory justification of providing construction projects with production resources;

— control of preparation, verification and completing as-built documentation sets;

— construction control and functionality of the labour protection service.

Sergey has been working in civil and industrial construction for more than 40 years. He held senior positions in OAO Manezhnaya Ploshchad, OOO Gruppa Modul, AO INTECO, Strategy Group, etc.

Sergey participated in construction of many significant facilities. For example: Okhotny Ryad Shopping Mall on Manezhnaya Square, terminals (E, C and Aeroexpress) in Sheremetyevo International Airport, Berlinsky Dom Shopping and Office Center, YUKOS Oil Company Head Office (now the ROSNEFT office) on Dubininskaya Street, SIEMENS Towers (now VK), MERCEDES-BENZ Representative Office on Leningradsky Avenue, FERRERO factory and warehouse complex in the Vladimir region, Central Children's Store on Lubyanskaya Square, Sadovye Kvartaly Residential Complex, IQ-Quarter in Moscow City.
