The complex located in the Central Administrative District shares its borders with a historically developed buildings.

Rectangular in shape, it appears as one construction volume and presents five-storey building with two-storey underground parking space, which provides 54 parking lots.

Design Consultant services were delivered (consulting during the detailed design project documentation development by engineering company); as well as services for providing optimal design solutions to the Client during the development process. These solutions, developed in behalf of the Client, reduce capital expenditures and improve the efficiency of construction.
