A project unique for Russia, designed by the English SCOTT BROWNRIGG Bureau. It provides for the construction of six free-standing 6-storey office buildings united by a common stylobate on two levels, and two free-standing above-ground parking areas with 2923 parking spaces. The architects aimed to create a business park that would embody the best examples of business space organization from around the world. It is located on the administrative border of the Odintsovo District of the Moscow Region and Moscow itself.
